Eddy Lively, 77, of Chattanooga, went home to be with the Lord on March 23, 2019.
He was born on Jan. 26, 1942, to the late Harry Edward Lively, Sr. and Dora Lively Buckles in Lookout Valley. Eddy was a Christian. He graduated from Chattanooga Central High School and he served his country in the United States Army. Eddy spent most of his adult life in Canton, Ga., where he worked for and retired from Cotton States Insurance. Eddy was a great brother, uncle, and great-uncle. He will be missed by those who knew him.
Eddy was preceded in death by his parents.
Left behind to cherish Eddy’s memory are his sister, Doris Helen Lively, and a brother, Johnny Lively, nieces, Barbara Crosslin, Mindy Zychal, Becky Drew, and Diana Morrison, nephew, Michael Lively, several great nieces and nephews, and many friends.
A memorial service celebrating Eddy’s life will be held at the Tiftonia Baptist Church on Saturday, March 30, at 2 p.m.
