Teenager Shot In East Ridge Late Monday Afternoon

East Ridge Police responded on Monday to 3600 Shirl Jo Lane on a report of a person shot.

The shooting occurred a little before 5 p.m. 

Upon arrival, officers found a 17-year old suffering from a gunshot wound. The teenager was transported to Erlanger and his condition is currently unknown.

The investigation is continuing and no arrests have been made. Anyone with information is urged to contact the East Ridge Police Department.
