Johnson-Malone, Virginia Lynn (Summerville)

Virginia Lynn Johnson-Malone, age 49, of Stallion Drive, Summerville, Georgia passed away Sunday evening, March 3, 2019, in a Chattanooga hospital following a sudden illness. 

Born in East Point, Ga. on June 14, 1969, she was a daughter of the late Ralph T. and Patricia Padgett McDonald.  Mrs. Malone attended the Dry Valley Baptist Church and was a homemaker.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, the late Dr. Alan Johnson.

Surviving are husband, John Malone; daughter, Mallorie Johnson; son, Ben Johnson; sister, Mindy Cash; and step-children, Brody Malone, Cooper Malone, Tyler Malone, and Briley Malone.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 9, at 2:30 p.m. from the Dry Valley Baptist Church with Pastor Jeff Duvall officiating, interment in Cloudland Presbyterian Church Cemetery. 

Visitation will be Saturday from 12:30-2:30 p.m. at Dry Valley Baptist Church. 

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Restoration House, #11465 Hwy #27, Summerville, Georgia.
