New Condo Project Planned On Hill Above Cherokee Boulevard In North Chattanooga

A new condo project is planned on a hill above Cherokee Boulevard in North Chattanooga.

The project will have 26 condo units with space for 52 parking spots beneath three stories of condos.

The location is 411 Fair Point Street. That street is 40 feet above Cherokee Boulevard. 

A stately old brick home was once at the site, which has a sweeping view.

The project was recently presented to the North Shore Neighborhood Association.

The condo project is by the Fletcher Bright Company.
