Virginia Ada Dobbs of Dayton, Tennessee, passed away April 17, 2019 at Rhea Medical Center.
Virginia was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed staying at home and spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Johnson and Gladys Bell McDonald Johnson; husbands, Ed Clyde Allen and James Matthew Dobbs; brothers, Johnny Ray Johnson, Robert David Johnson; and sister, Glenda Sue Alvey.
She is survived by her children, Debra Lynn (Mike) Webb, James Eddie (Christie) Allen, Eddie (Menett) Dobbs, Stacy Ray Dobbs, and Jenifer Lynn Dobbs all of Dayton, Tn.; sister, Sheila Ann Johnson of Dayton, Tn.; 13 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Saturday, April 20, from 5-7 p.m. at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home.
There will be no service.
