DeLane Washburn, 74, of Ringgold, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 21, 2019. Born Sept. 5, 1944, DeLane was a daughter of the late Jack Hale and Pauline Towe Hale. She was a member of Westside Baptist for over 25 years, and a member of Disciples 4 Christ. DeLane was a TVA secretary for 15 years. She enjoyed vacationing, especially in the mountains and Florida. DeLane loved her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Doug Washburn; children, Donnie Wallin, of Chattanooga, Missy (Jeff) Stone, of Ringgold, Lori (Joel) Nolen, of Ringgold and Joshua (Mandy) Washburn, of Ardmore, Al.; sister, Betty (Ron) Adams, of Fort Oglethorpe; grandchildren, Maverick Washburn, Shyanne Washburn, Hunter Washburn, Natalie Nolen and Anna Grace Stone; and nieces, Lisa (David) Champion, Kelsey (Josh) Roddy, Kayla (Blade) Campbell, Leslie (Chad) Russell, Caitlyn Russell and Moriah Russell.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel, with Brother Gary Moore officiating. Interment will be in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
