James Smitty
James “Tbone” Torrey Smitty, 57, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2019.
James enjoyed time out on the water fishing, camping, and playing the harmonica. He also had a passion for drawing. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill Smitty and Mary Hyde and his brother Marty Smitty.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his daughter, Jessica Clark; son, Joshua Smitty; grandchildren, Cameron and Collin; brothers, David Smitty and Stephen (Dee) Smitty; as well as other extended family.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 23, from 6:30-7 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at 7 p.m. at the Church of God at 1826 Dalton Pike SE, Cleveland, Tn. 37311.
