Orr, Martha Frances

Martha Frances Orr, 91, of Chattanooga, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 23, 2019. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Orr; a son, James Lamar Orr and her parents, Rev. Ed and Rowena Graves.

Survivors include one son, Wayne Dr. Brenda Ross) Orr of Chattanooga; two daughters, Margaret Noles of Rainesville, Al., and Charlene Grant of Chattanooga; three grandchildren, Marlo Steward, Michael Ingram and Jamie Chambers; great-granddaughter, Ashton (Nathan) Gallahair; great-great-grandchildren, Bennett and Holden Gallahair; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road with the Reverend Jack Reiss officiating.

Burial will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.

The family will receive friends 4-8 p.m. on Thursday and 12-1 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.

The family would like to especially thank John Chrostowski and the medical staff at Memorial North Park and the nurses and staff members at Soddy Daisy Healthcare Center for their exceptional care.
