Trident Transport Expands Chattanooga Branch To 2nd Location

  • Wednesday, April 24, 2019
Effective May 1, Trident Transport plans to expand their Chattanooga branch by opening a second location right across the street.

Office space at 1500 Chestnut St. will become the home of Trident Transport’s corporate office, a company gym that will offer fitness classes, and a nutrition bar to encourage health and wellness for Trident employees.

“The success and growth of this company is completely because of our people,” said Carter Garrett, vice president of Trident Transport.
“We’re known as one of the best places to work in Chattanooga, and we actively strive to keep that reputation simply by taking care of our employees. We’re excited for this continual growth and we’re prepared to keep that trend going.”

Trident’s current space will house the sales office and give the company more room to hire. They plan to hire 75 to 100 people in 2019 in their Chattanooga and Tampa locations. Future expansion plans for Trident Transport include the opening of multiple satellite branches across the U.S. with plans to open two offices per year.
