Lloyd Edward Troxtel, 73, of Trenton, passed away Tuesday morning, April 23, 2019. He was retired from Alstom Power of Chattanooga. He belonged to the Boilermaker Local Union #656 of Chattanooga. He was of the Church of Christ Faith. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hobert and Sarah Brown Troxtel and son, Tony Troxtel.

Survivors include his wife, Glenda Gass Troxtel, of Trenton; two daughters, Kim (Steve) Buffington, of Trenton and Norma (Jackie) Stockman, of Trenton; brother, A.C. (Thelma) Troxtel, of Trenton; sister, JoAnn (Larry) Wheeler, of Trenton; four granddaughters; five great-grandsons; and several nieces, nephews and friends

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 26 in the chapel of Ryan Funeral Home, with Minister Gary McDade officiating. Interment will be in Brown’s Gap Cemetery. Family will receive friends Thursday from 3-8 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home and from 11 a.m. until time of service on Friday.
