Crye-Leike Real Estate Services congratulates Realtor Diana Seavey for earning the Social Networking Professional (SNP) designation. Ms. Seavey is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Ooltewah branch office and serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in the Chattanooga and North Georgia regions.
Crye-Leike's SNP program includes specialized training for effective use of social media in real estate marketing to help with growth of the associate's real estate business.
It includes video marketing, online reputation management and how to incorporate this training across various social media platforms. Sales associates with this designation know how to generate leads from social media, and how to market their services and their listings to create improved outcomes for their clients.
In addition to successfully completing the classes in the training curriculum, a sales associate in the SNP program has successfully created a plan for his/her social media strategy, developed accounts in compliance with industry regulations, increased their followers, ran ad campaigns and responded in a timely manner to customer requests.
Ms. Seavey has been in the real estate industry for 16 years and joined Crye-Leike in 2008. Licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, Seavey is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR), the Tennessee Association of REALTORS® (TAR) and other local associations. Her new SNP designation will accompany the previous designations she has earned, including the NAR E-Pro Certification and the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI). Seavey is proud of her new designation and hopes that her extended knowledge in social networking will maximize the exposure her clients receive.
