Betty Ott, 81, of Trenton, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday evening, May 18, 2019. She enjoyed close friends and fellowship at the Dade County Senior Center. She was retired from the Bank of Dade, after 31 years of service. She was a charter member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Ott and parents, G.C. and Mary Lou Hardeman.
Surviving include her children, Pam (Al) Barton, of Trenton, Kristy (Corley) Johnson, of Trenton and Kenneth (Angela) Ott, of Higdon, Al.; five grandchildren, Alex Barton, Madeline (Andrew) Blaylock, Zach (Aundrea) Johnson, Marissa Johnson and Isaac Ott; one great-granddaughter, Nola Grace Blaylock; one sister, Ina Brown; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21 in the chapel, with Bro. Chad Garrett officiating. Interment will follow in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens, with Bro. Philip Trask officiating. Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Monday and 11 a.m. until the service hour on Tuesday at Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory, Trenton.
