Thomas Gibbs
Thomas “Tommy” Kelvin Gibbs, 63, of Chattanooga, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2019, in a local health care facility.
He was born on Nov. 2, 1955, to the late William and Bettye Gibbs, Jr.
Thomas is survived by his sister, Katherine Garth; brothers, Jerome (Angela) Gibbs, Michael (Sadell) Gibbs, William (Lola) Gibbs, and Ronnie “Fat Boy” (Joan) Gibbs; two aunts; five uncles; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
He will lie in state on Friday, June 21, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Steve L. Underwood as the officiant and Pastor Jimmy Ingram as the eulogist.
Burial will be in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, East.
