David Harold Denton
David Harold Denton, age 46, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Monday June 17, 2019 at his home.
He was born Jan. 16, 1973 in Roane County, Tn. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Leroy Denton.
He is survived by his mother, Rosie Denton of Tunnel Hill, Ga.; sons, David Dewayne Denton of Dalton, Ga., Ethan Paul Davis of Chatsworth, Ga.; daughters, Elizabeth Lee Denton, Brittany Shayane Denton of Chatsworth, Ga.; siblings, Danny and Becky Denton of Copperhill, Tn., Jason and Tangie Denton of McDonald, Tn., Kathy Denton of Tunnel Hill, Ga., Amanda and Adam McCalley of Tunnel Hill, Ga.; grandchildren, Brianna, Nicholas and Brandon; and several nieces and nephews.
A service to celebrate the life of Mr. David Harold Denton will be held Friday June 21, at 11 a.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Pastor John Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Ponders Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. on Thursday, June 20.
