Quaryell Campbell
A Chattanooga man caught selling cocaine in 2015 has been sentenced to "time served" during an appearance in Federal Court.
Quaryell Campbell, 40, appeared before Judge Sandy Mattice.
He will be on supervised release for three years.
On June 2, 2015, the Chattanooga Police Department executed a search warrant on the defendant’s residence and found 7.55 grams of cocaine base, which was packaged in different bags, and items associated with the distribution of narcotics.
Those included digital scales, sandwich bags, Pyrex with white residue as well as a whisk, and baking soda. CPD found these items in the kitchen.
The defendant told his probation officer, who was on the scene, that he had some crack in some drawers the kitchen (which is where the crack was found), and this conversation was recorded. In reference to the crack, the defendant said, “They will find a little something in there. They ain’t something like ounces and ounces, just something make me go buy, smoke, go and sell.”
