Benjamin James Morgan Facing Rape Charge

A Chattanooga man has been indicted by the Hamilton County Grand Jury on a charge of rape.

Benjamin james Morgan, 32, has was arrested on Monday after allegedly raping a victim in March 2018.

In May, Morgan was arrested for allegedly stalking his ex-wife.

According to the ex-wife, Morgan would send threatening texts from over 11 different numbers.

His ex-wife also obtained emergency temporary custody of her daughter, and placed a temporary protection order against Morgan.

Morgan was arrested on driving on a suspended license in 2012.
