Weaver, Alani Sophia

Alani Sophia Weaver, three-month-old daughter of Valerie and Effron Weaver of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019.

She loved prayers with her mommy and daddy watching Tennessee Basketball, and her family.

Other survivors include her maternal grandmother, Carmen Tolentino; maternal grandfather, Pedro Tolentino; paternal grandmother, Trenace Snow; paternal grandfather, Terrance Watkins; step-grandfather, Sharone Tatum; maternal great-grandmothers, Adelaida Morales and Teodora Tolentino; paternal great-grandmothers, Rosalyn Snow, Charlotte Mayes and Rachel Tolliver; paternal great-grandfather, Robert Pickett; godparents, Lilly Rivera and Brian Eady; several uncles, aunts and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at OLPH Catholic Church with Father Jim Vick officiating.  Interment will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens East.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the of time service on Friday in the Holy Family Hall at OLPH Catholic Church, 501 S. Moore Road.

Arrangements are by the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
