Dorothy Elizabeth Vick
Dorothy Elizabeth Vick, 79, of Chattanooga died Saturday, June 1, 2019.
She was born July 26, 1939 in Chattanooga to the late Clarence and Mary Berry.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sharon Ann Jones.
She was retired as a captain with Hamilton County Dispatch after 48 years of service.
Survivors include her children; Terri Jones Moody and Terrell Les Jones; foster daughter, Venus Michelle Stanek; sisters, Sandra Joyce (Jerry) Klassen and Charlotte Holdaway; eight grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She will be especially missed by her chihuahuas, Holly, Bradley, and Bella.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Frank Ogle and Brian Squires officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4-8 Tuesday and from 12-1 Wednesday.
