Animal Hospital Planned On South Broad Street

An animal hospital is planned for South Broad Street.

It is set to go at the former location of Captain D's at 3201 Broad.

Ben Berry of Berry Engineering is the applicant to the Planning Commission for a deviation from the building height/mass requirements.

He said a 16,000 square foot building is planned.

The Regional Planning Agency staff is recommending approval for the change.

The case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m.
