Cleo A. Arp, 90, of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at a local health care facility.  

She was a member of Maple Street Baptist Church.  Cleo enjoyed playing bingo, coloring, pets and giving hugs. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Sarah Mendy Rue Loftis; son, Joe Priest; and brother, Claude William Loftis.

Survivors include her daughter, Sara Burns and husband, Larry of Charleston; two grandsons, Eric Wallace and Joshua Wallace; one great grandchild, Jaden Wallace; and sister, Sarah Bledsoe.

The service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with the Reverend Floyd Boggess officiating. Interment will follow in Lee Cemetery.

Her family will receive friends from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.
