Memorial Service Set For Walker County K9 Rocky

A memorial service honoring the life and service of Walker County Sheriff’s Office fallen K9 Rocky is planned. 

The memorial will be at the Walker County Civic Center, 10052 Highway 27, Rock Spring, Ga. 

The service will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 17. 

The public is invited to attend.

Rocky had to be shot by its handler after fiercely biting him for the second time and not releasing his grip.
