Fire Damages Apartments On Club Drive In Dalton

A fire damaged several apartment units on Club Drive in Dalton on Monday night.

Fire units arrived just before 9 p.m. at 2104 Club Dr. and found moderate fire and smoke visible from the attic and roof.

There was fire damage to two apartments as well as heat damage to the second floor, attic and roof. There was smoke damage to four apartment units.

The damage was estimated at $60,000.

It was found that the fire had started in an electrical unit in a wall.
