The Lyndhurst Foundation is contributing $54,491 toward the improvements.

The triangular park is in front of the Sawasdee Thai Restaurant and is at the foot of the Ochs Highway going up Lookout Mountain.

There will be $46,676 in park improvements with the remainder of the funds going to the greenway connection.

Expenses include wayfinding signs, site preparation, pavers, landscaping and bicycle racks, benches and a bicycle repair station.
