American Enterprise Group, Inc. announces Jennifer Kaset has joined the company as national account manager.  In this role, Ms. Kaset will oversee relationships with agencies and marketers nationwide, as well as manage the Tennessee sales territory and work to grow AEG’s Life and Preneed business under the Great Western Insurance Company brand.

Ms. Kaset brings more than 15 years of insurance industry experience to this position. Thirteen of those have been in the funeral service industry, leading managers and developing preneed programs and marketing campaigns for funeral home owners through strategic planning.

“I am pleased to join AEG and look forward to sharing the company’s story of stability and growth with marketing organizations, independent agents and funeral homes across the country,” said Ms. Kaset, who will be based out of Chattanooga. “I have a passion for the families that funeral homes serve, so it is extremely exciting to be able to market a remarkable product through a well-established sales network.”

"Ms. Kaset spent the past 11 years at Trust 100, where she was a top-performing sales manager before taking the helm as the company’s vice president of Sales and Marketing," officials said.  "In both roles, she helped the company increase sales year-after-year and developed valuable connections in the funeral home industry nationwide."

Prior to her work at Trust 100, she held senior-level positions in sales, marketing and client services at National Prearranged Services and American Express. A Tennessee native, Ms. Kaset holds a degree from Kennesaw State University in Georgia.

“Building relationships with marketing organizations is an integral part of our business model, so Jennifer’s energy, experience, and desire leading this effort will be paramount to our success moving forward,” stated Kenn Peterson, vice president of Sales – Preneed, who recently joined AEG after spending 18 years at Homesteaders Life Company. “Given Jennifer’s prior experience working at one of the country’s top marketing organizations, her addition to AEG is another indication of our commitment to growing our Preneed business.”
