Pensacola, FL - The Chattanooga Lookouts went fishing Tuesday in Pensacola and came up with a 6-3 win over the Pensacola Blue Wahoos in the first game of their five-game set.
Winning pitcher, Brad Markey, gave up two runs in the first inning but then retired the next 15 0f 16 batters faced.
Chattanooga scored all their runs in the first three innings.
The Lookouts and the Wahoos matched their first inning run production with two runs each.
The Lookouts took the lead with a four-run third inning.
Chattanooga hitters pounded out 12 singles on the way to the win. Four Looks had two hits each including Sturart Fairchild, newcomer Simir Duenez, Gaven LaValley and Calton Daal.
Eric Stout and Ryan Hendrix with closer Juan Martinez took over after that allowing only a run in the eighth inning.
