Madry Charged With Shooting Another Man With Round Of Rock Salt

A Chattanooga man has been charged with shooting another man with a round of rock salt.

Robert Chester Madry, 67, was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and unlawful possession of a weapon in an incident on Wednesday around 6:30 p.m.

A 62-year-old man said he was in the 4300 block of Kayla Circle when Madry pointed a gun at him and fired.

The victim declined to be transported for medical treatment.
