Kaleb Wakefield
Kaleb Bruce Wakefield, 26, of Ooltewah, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 4, 2020.
Kaleb was born in Daytona Beach, Fl., and raised in Ooltewah. He graduated from Ooltewah High School Class of 2012, Chattanooga State College with a degree in Criminal Justice, and the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a bachelor's in Business. He was a member of Silverdale Baptist Church and worked at UPS in Knoxville as an Industrial Engineering specialist. Kaleb enjoyed disc golf and hanging out with his family and friends.
Surviving are his parents, David and Suzanne Wakefield; fiancée, Isabella Edwards; brother, Jacob Wakefield and his fiancée, Sierra Holder; maternal grandfather, Aubrey Johnston; paternal grandparents, John and Peggy Wakefield and Bob and Pam Leuzinger; aunts, Kim Dunbar, Tammy Cook and Katharina Mugrage; and several cousins.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Jan. 18, at the funeral home. A memorial service will follow at noon with Reverend Mark Habermas officiating.
