The East Tennessee Symphony Orchestra will present its Sweet & Salty Valentine’s Dessert Concert on Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. at the Collegedale Commons on Swinyar Drive.

The performance starts with a “sweet” classical performance of Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini (featuring guest pianist Matthew Kimbley), before switching gears to lay down a “salty” big band set with the symphony (featuring guest vocalists Michael Smith and India Galyean).

A selection of hot drinks, desserts and roses will be provided free of charge.

Seats are first come-first served, and guests are asked to arrive early to secure a spot.
