Charles "Terry" Grant, age 74, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, departed this life Sunday, January 26, 2020 at his residence.
He was born March 25, 1945 in Dalton, Ga., a son of the late Charles Floyd and Helen Planzer Grant. He proudly served as a Navy Seal in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Carmen and Shawn Frame; grandchildren, Morgan, Aubrey and Aiden Frame of Marietta, Ga.; brothers, Lyle Grant, Kenny Grant and Chuck Grant; and sister, Millie Scott, all of Varnell, GA.
A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Charles “Terry” Grant will be held Thursday, Jan. 30, at 1 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel. Interment will follow in the Ponders Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, Jan. 29, from 5-9 p.m.
