James Richard Liles, 66, of Trenton, died Monday, October 19, 2020. He was retired from Valmont Industries in Jasper. He was veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a graduate of Rossville High School Class of 1973.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Rufus and Alma Jean Talley Liles.
Surviving are his wife of 43 years, Deborah Ford Liles, of Trenton; daughter, Athena (Allen) Lancaster, of Trenton; son, James Aaron (Jennifer) Liles, of Trenton; sister, Debbie Liles, of Trenton; brother, Dale Liles, of LaFayette; grandchildren, Bailey Lancaster, Adam Lancaster, Lacy Grace Lancaster, Kaylea Liles and Nolan Liles; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Oct, 22 at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Ryan Funeral Home, with Rev. Mike Gregg officiating. Interment will follow in Jack Ford Cemetery, Trenton.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 4-8 p.m. and Thursday from noon until the service hour at Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory, Trenton.
