Barbara Tucker
Barbara Jean Cloud Tucker, 85, of Hixson, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.
She was born in Benton, Tennessee and attended Hixson High School. Barbara was of the Baptist faith and her life revolved around her family and children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Francis Cloud; son, Paul Edward Tucker and a sister, Geraldine Seale.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 69 wonderful years, Loy Tucker; children, Thomas Tucker, Daniel Tucker, Joan Elizabeth (Eric) Wigle, and William Tucker; 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; sister, Belinda Joyce (Ted) Garrison; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from noon until 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Graveside services for Barbara will follow at 1 p.m. on Saturday, at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to thank the staff and nurses at Dominion Senior Living and Hearth Hospice for their love and care given to Barbara.
We respectfully request that "social distancing", wearing masks at all times, and all CDC measures be adhered to at the funeral home and cemetery.
