Doyle Humphreys
Doyle Leon “Rusty” Humphreys, 83, of Harrison, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2020, at a local health care facility.
Doyle was a longtime resident of Harrison, a graduate of Ooltewah High School, and a member of Gamble Road Baptist Church. He Retired from Dupont/Dusa, and loved fishing, watching racing, and the Tennessee Vols.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Owen “Frank” and Myrtle Humphreys; and nephew, Gene Humphreys.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Kim (Tim) Smith; siblings, Pat (Frank) Payne, Peggy Humphreys, Cecil (Helen) Humphreys, Jim Humphreys; granddaughter, Shana (Josh) Keeney; great-grandsons, Aiden and Owen Keeney; several nephews, nieces, aunts, close friends, and church family.
The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice of Chattanooga and Health Center at Standifer Place for all their love, care, and support.
A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Josh Cornelius officiating. Burial will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens East.

The family will receive friends on Monday, Oct. 26, from 4-7 p.m. and Tuesday, Oct. 27, from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, 7454 E. Brainerd Road.
