Wooden, William Thomas "Tom" (Cleveland)

William Thomas “Tom” Wooden, 87, of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 in an Athens healthcare facility. He was born in Bradley County on Jan. 7, 1933 to the late William “Bill” Wooden and Maybelle Ball Wooden. He retired from Olin Corporation. Tom was an elder at Frist Christian Church.

Tom leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Martha Jane Allen Wooden; three daughters, Darlene Lawson (Rick), Diann Harrell (Gene) and Dannette Williams (Steve); one son, Danny Wooden (Karen); two sisters, Polly Lee and Liz Owens; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren that he loved very much.

Special thanks to Janey Patten of At Home Primary Care and James Jackson of Caris Healthcare. There will be no services at this time.
