Aerotek is working to hire another 300 production team members with Volkswagen Group of America in Tennessee to fulfill on both 2020 and future 2021 business.
Aerotek will host a hiring event on Saturday, Nov. 14, from 9 a.m.– 12 p.m. at the Aerotek Chattanooga Assembly Plant’s conference room to provide candidates with the opportunity to apply and interview in person. This will be a socially-distanced event. Personal protective equipment will be worn and all safety precautions will be followed based on local guidelines.
Production team members will be responsible for building Atlas 5 seater, Atlas Cross Sport and Passat Volkswagen vehicles. Some previous production or warehouse experience is preferred.
Aerotek is seeking well-qualified employees with experience in production, manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse or logistics to fill open positions.
The opportunities are for a contract period and will run up to 24 months. Hourly pay ranges begin at $15.50 and increase to $17.00 after six months’ time. There will be a quarterly opportunity to earn up to 16% of salary.
