The Last Call got started Wednesday night at the Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway with the World of Outlaws Late Model series season finale. A pair of 50 lapper take precedent prior to this weekends World of Outlaws Sprint Car series events Friday and Saturday at the 3/8's mile dirt track outside the Superspeedway.

Brandon Overton (# 76) of Evans, Ga. took the $12,000 payday over Dennis Erb Jr (# 28) of Illinois and Tim McCreadie (# 39) of New York. WOOLM series points champion Brandon Sheppard of Illinois was fifth behind WoOSC regular Donny Schatz.

Recently reinstated NASCAR racer Kyle Larson (# 6) qualified his Rumley Motorsports team racecar fastest among the 55 team field (Wednesday), but unfortunately was an early retiree of the feature.

Chickamauga's Dale McDowell would finish 7th, just behind Jonathan Davenport of Blairsville. Knoxville's Ryan King would be 16th overall, while Lucas Oil Dirt Late Model series champion Jimmy Owens (# 20) of Newport, Tn. would finish a dismal 22nd.

Late Models wrap up the Charlotte Dirt Track Thursday night and head towards the weekends National 100 at Phenix City, Alabama's dirt track Saturday and Sunday.
