Frances Gillespie, 72, of LaFayette, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020.

She retired from Roper Corp., and was a caregiver for many years. Frances was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Kenny Gillespie; daughter, Angie Sharp; son, Chad (Robin) Eaton; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister, Virginia (Carl “Tooter”) Abercrombie; brothers, Creed (Ann) Young, Jerry Young, and Vester (Vickie) Young; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 24, at LaFayette Memory Gardens with Pastor Wilton Grimes officiating.

Visitation will be private.

Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
