Lanette Bagley
Lanette Jane Bagley, 79, of Harrison, passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020.
She was born on Sept. 3, 1940, in Humboldt, South Dakota to the late Larry Gates and Iona Husman. Lanette was a member of Cross of Christ Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Women Missionary Quilting League. She was an avid quilter and loved being involved in the church activities.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lawrence Bagley.
Lanette is survived by her children, Peggy (Welden) Bolin, Ronald Bagley, and Melody (Kerry) Barnes; grandchildren, Adam (Amanda) Bolin, Craig Bolin, Amber Barnes, and Mandy Barnes; siblings, Larry (Linda) Gates, Mary Ellen (Dan) Jacobowitz, Bernie (Laurie) Gates, Patty Gates Myers, Denise Milligan, and Rick Gates; step siblings, Bob Husman, Jerry Johnson, and Bonnie Maschburn; many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home and 12-1 p.m. on Friday, at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church, 3204 Hixson, Pike, Hixson, Tn. 37343.
A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. on Friday, at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church with Pastor Barry Hildebrandt officiating. Burial will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made in Lanette’s name to Lutheran Women Missionary Quilting League at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church.
