Baylor School athletes performed strong at State Indoor Track meet this weekend. Leading the way for the boys, Riley Jenne ran a personal best of 7.04 in the 60 meter dash, earning All-State honors. He placed 5th in a field of 24. Jenne, also earned a personal best in 22.51 in the 200 meters, placing 8th overall. Harrison Williams finished 16th in the 60 meter hurdles. Xian Campbell finished 17th in a strong field in the two mile.
The Lady Red Raiders were lead by Emmy Davis with an All-State performance.
She earned a 6th place finish in the 800 meters in a time of 2:19. Baylor qualified three girls in the 60 hurdles. Evie Culbreath finished 9th, along with Hannah Ford and Autumn Seymore finishing, 18 and 19th. Eighth grader, Jada Cooper finished 8th in the 400 meters with an outstanding time 60.16. The State meet concludes Baylor's indoor season.
