The Dreaded Task Of Replacing My Cellphone - And Response

  • Thursday, February 27, 2020

It is time to replace my cellphone - what a dreaded task.

My cellphone company has so many loopholes not to help in any way it is ridiculous. All I want to do is get a new phone since the battery is weak in my old one.

My company advertises if you get a new line, etc., we will almost give you everything. But if you are a 30-year customer like me it's all a la carte, you pay for everything.

I have been with this company since the Cellular One days. I am going to look at other companies and plans.

I don't like change, but I feel like I should be able to get the same offers as a new customer off the street. It's customers like me who brought you to the dance, not the new comers.

Mr. Raymer, I went through the same problem you are having re: cellphone battery.  Before you go through the hassle of replacing your phone, try Batteries Plus Bulbs. They replaced the dead battery in my cellphone and it works great.  Their employees are super nice, too.
