Eulala M. Hamill, 99, of Chattanooga, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 28, 2020. 

 

She was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area where she was employed and retired from Motor Contract Corp. She was a devout Christian who attended Red Bank Baptist Church for many years. “Granny”, as she was affectionately known by many that knew her, loved flowers, gardening, pets, knitting, and working crossword and other puzzles.  She was a constant fixture in attendance at her grandchildren’s activities.

 

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Joan H. Beaver.

 

Survivors include her son, Frank Hamill, Jr.; son-in-law Jim Beaver; granddaughter Melanie H. (Kelly) Paul; grandsons; Mark (Sharon) Beaver, Chris (Tiffany) Beaver, great-grandchildren Keson Paul, Kiersten Beaver, and Mackenli Ayers. 

 

The funeral service will be live-streamed by going to funeral home website and using the link on her tribute page on lanefh.com. on Saturday, April 4, at 1 p.m. in the Coulter Chapel of Lane Funeral (Population mandated).  A private interment will be held at Chattanooga Memorial Park.
