Elaine Carter
Elaine Carter, 77, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2020 in Chattanooga.
She was preceded in death by her father, Otis Carter; mother and stepfather, Eva (Berry) Johnson; sister, Odell Carter; and nephew, Ronald Otis Carter.
She leaves to cherish her memories niece and caregiver, Rosalind (Rickie) Banks; cousin and caregiver, Ingria A. Grier; great-nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A private graveside service will be held with Elder Alex D. Atkinson eulogist.
