Robert Jones
Robert C. “Bobby” Jones, Jr., 66, of Chattanooga, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, in a local hospital.
He was a 1972 graduate of Howard High School. He was employed with LongHorn Steakhouse for many years.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Penny Jones, Sr.
Survivors include his son, Anthony Jones; brothers, Jerry (Julia) Jones, Sr. and Dennis Jones; uncle, Joel Benford; niece, Candance Jones; nephews, Ivan Donohue and Jerry Jones, Jr.; special friend, Thomas Zackery, all of Chattanooga; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He will lie in state on Thursday, June 4, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home with the family service to follow at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel with Pastor Mark Garrett as the eulogist. Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
