MainStreet Cleveland and the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce Tourism Department are teaming up again to give the residents of Cleveland and Bradley County, and visitors to the area, live music at the Friday Festivals. This year the summer concert series will be held every Friday in June in downtown Cleveland on the Courthouse Square.
The festival series begins on June 5 and continues each Friday in June at 7 p.m. and is a free, family-oriented event. The Friday Festivals are being sponsored by Wacker--Charleston. The four events feature live music and specialty food vendors will be offering a variety of tasty treats.
The live music line-up scheduled for each week includes Bad Tattoo opening night on June 5; Share the Road - June 12; The Dexter Bell Project - June 19 at First Street Square; and closing out the series is Dexter Thomas Band on June 26.
On June 19 the festival moves to the green space at First Street Square as part of the grand opening celebration of The Agora mixed used development and AR Workshop Cleveland's new location at 241 Inman St. E. The other three events remain at the Courthouse Plaza.
Streets will be closed around the Bradley Courthouse by 6 p.m. and organizers point out that there is plenty of downtown parking for those coming to the first of the Friday Festivals. Bring a chair to the Courthouse Square and enjoy the music.

Melissa Woody of the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce’s Tourism Development Division and member of the Allied Arts Council agreed.
