Jack Howell Maeger
Jack Howell Maeger, 91, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2020.
He was born June 25, 1928 to the late Claud and Mattie Maeger. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Knight Maeger; brother, James Maege; and son-in-law, Bruce Edmon Parker.
Jack was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and active in Kiwanis. He served in the United States Air Force and then worked as a printing salesman at Lee Printing until his retirement.
He is survived by his children, Janice Parker and Stephen Maeger; grandchildren, Kari and Michael Plavich, Matthew and Esther Parker and Cody and Sarah Baker; great-grandchildren, Isaac and Kaitlyn Plavich and Elijah Parker; and sister-in-law, Janice Maeger.
A private funeral service will be held for family. Jack will be laid to rest in West Hill Cemetery.
