The women’s basketball program at Cleveland State signed two talented players to their 2020 roster last week.
Lyndsey Summers, from Scott High School and Huntsville, Tenn., is a 5’9” guard. “Lyndsey brings size, rebounding and scoring,” said Head Coach Evelyn Thompson. “She is consistent beyond the arc, but can also attack the basket. She has also made her mark on the defensive end.”
Kendyl West, from Oneida High School and Oneida, Tenn., is a guard.
“Kendyl was coached by her father for a number of years,” said Thompson. “She has a high basketball IQ and an understanding of what it takes to win.”
