Mary Lou "Jo" Brown Wilkie, 94, of Trenton, departed this life to be in the presence of her Lord on Monday, July 20, 2020. She was a member of Sulphur Springs Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening, golfing and loving people.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, James William “Bill” Brown; second husband, Edward Wilkie; brothers, F. M. and Jimmy Morgan; sisters, Ruth McGill and Carolyn Brown; great-grandson, Landon Hill; and great-granddaughter, Annie Rowell.
Left to cherish her memory is daughter, Martha (Danny) Rowell; son, David (Debbie) Brown; sisters, Amanda Bates and Bobbie McCormick; grandchildren, Greg (Carrie) Brown, Jeremy (Amber) Rowell, Katie (Jeremy) Hill, Chad (Lauren) Rowell and Colton (Rachel) Brown; and great-grandchildren, Parker, Rylee, Easton, Kate, Karson, Willow, Carden, Eliana, Sam and Wyatt.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 24 in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home, with Brother Chad Rowell and Brother Jerry Atkins officiating.
Interment will be held on Monday, July 27 at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. and Friday from noon-2 p.m.
