Rick Slack, 58, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020. Rick was born in Illinois, but has lived in Cleveland for seven years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Slack and sister, Tammy Slack McGaha.
He is survived by his mother, Hazel Slack; children, Jeremy and Skylar; sister, Brenda (Chuck) Branam; and former wife, Tammie Walsh.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Wednesday, July 8 from 4-8 p.m. at Companion Funeral Home, Cleveland.
