Jill Jenkins
Jill Ray Jenkins passed from this life on Friday, July 31, 2020.
She will be welcomed into heaven by those who preceded her including her dad, William “Bill” Ray and brothers, Andy and Doug Ray.
Jill was a graduate of East Ridge High School. She ran track and she was also a trail blazer in many ways. She was the first female at Boyd Buchanan to start a flag football team and she was also the first female in Junior ROTC on the rifle team at East Ridge High School.
She loved her kids and grandkids very much. She will be missed greatly.
Those left behind to cherish her memory with love include her mother, Patsie Ray; children, Jeremy, Daniel, Nick, Nicole, Haley, Hannah and Dakota; several grandchildren and sister, Pam.
A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
