Johnathan Swords
Johnathan Swords, 24, of East Ridge, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Thursday, August 13, 2020.
Johnathan loved his family and was very close to his Mom. He was a 2014 graduate of McCallie School and an avid music lover who released a CD on his birthday in 2019. Johnathan was looking forward to begin promoting his music in 2020. He will always be dearly loved by his family and this loss is only bearable knowing we will see him again in heaven.
Johnathan was preceded in death by his Nana, Bettye W. Parks and his Pawpaw, John Lewis Parks.
Survivors include his loving, devoted Mom, Lara Swords Pruitt, his step-dad, Roger, his aunt, Lisa Bennett and her husband Tony, and two cousins, Elisabeth Bennett and Samantha Bennett all of East Ridge.
The family will have a private graveside service for their precious Johnathan.
