Wesley Henry Pittman, 71, of Graysville, passed away early Tuesday morning, August 25, 2020, at his home in Graysville.
He was born on Feb, 2, 1949, in Hollywood, Al., the son of the late John Reece Pittman and Maybell (Dodson) Pittman. Wesley was also preceded in death by his brother, John R. Pittman and sisters, Debra Pittman and Elizabeth (Johnny) Hardin.
Wesley lived in Graysville for the past year and previously was a long time resident of Ooltewah. He served his country in the US Army. He was the owner and operator of Pittman Floor Covering for over 40 years. Wesley was an avid bowler.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Billie Pittman of Graysville; his son, Wesley Christopher Sean Pittman of Graysville; daughter, Lesli Goff of Dayton; grandson, Rocky Goff of Cleveland; great-granddaughter, Lana Goff of Cleveland; sisters, Laura (Bill) Dapper of Midland City, AL, Peggy (Nenam) Downing of Madison, KY, and Kathy Pittman of Midland City, AL; brothers, Donnie (Jan) Pittman of Charlotte, NC and James Paul Pittman of Florida; and sister-in-law, Mary Pittman of Ooltewah, TN.
Graveside funeral services with military honors for Wesley will be held on Thursday, Aug. 27, at noon at Rhea Memory Gardens with Rev. John Fields officiating.
